Controlled entry via Hilton Gardens and Macwood Gate for contractors ensures all access is managed securely, while the Village Centre, recreational areas, homes, and farmettes are constantly monitored.

A dedicated private security team operates from within the estate, providing peace of mind. Adjacent to the securely managed Garlington and Avenues Estates, Mount Verde benefits from added vigilance, creating a safe and protected environment in the KZN Midlands.

Manned Entrances

The main Mount Verde gate house at the entrance to the full estate is manned 24 hours.

Access Control

Mount Verde Estate offers 24-hour manned access control and visitors will require an access code generated by the owner to gain access to the estate.

Biometrics

The Estate will operate on a biometric system for all residents, staff and contractors.

Mount Verde Management Association is currently investigating other technologies to ensure added security and efficient access which may include “no touch” technology.
